The target line supplying the property runs on a 2 km long route from the inner area of Pilismarót to the plot boundary, led on poles, with a meter installed there. It is led from the electricity meter to the residential house in an earth ditch. Capacity: 3 x 20 A, but can be expanded to a higher power.

Water supply:

Aqueduct led in an earth ditch from the pumped well to the residential building, with a 5 m3 buffer storage in between, with hydrophoric pressure inside the building.
