In Pilismarót, in the embrace of the Pilis Park Forest, a 13.5-hectare PLOT (Szalay Garden) residential BUILDING is for sale, which is considered a curiosity, easily accessible on a PANORAMIC asphalt road.

Getting to the property:

The property can be accessed from the asphalt road renovated a year ago, with a 300-meter-long crushed stone branch from the asphalt road to the gate of the property.

Electricity supply:

The target pipeline supplying the property runs on a 2 km long route from the inner area of Pilismarót to the plot boundary, with a meter installed there. It is led from the electricity meter to the residential house in an earth ditch. Capacity: 3 x 20 A, but can be expanded to higher power.

Water supply:

Aqueduct led in an earth ditch from the pumped well to the residential building, with a 5 m3 buffer storage in between, with hydrophoric pressure inside the building.
