ART HOTEL ZALAKAROS STORY
In 1984, he opened his 16-room resort on Zalakaros in Bácsépszer in Kecskemét, which he planned to double in size over time. The resort was one of the first in the series of larger resorts in Zalakaros to be built on an area of ​​6,500 square meters in the immediate vicinity of the town spa in the first free area.
Due to the well-known situation after the system change, the company was also ruined, so it could not manage the maintenance of the resort and sold it by tender in 1995.
The resort had already been operating as a hotel for a few years.
The new owner / the same one today / started expansion in 1999 and built a new wing next to the existing hotel, complete with 28 more rooms and a Wellness area, which includes a 10x5 meter thermal water pool with counter-flow, a large built-in thermal water Jacuzzi massage pool for 11 people, a shock tub shower, tropical experience shower, steam cabin, relaxation area, salt room, showers, new 10-cell Finnish sauna, 4 cells. infrared sauna, sun terrace, there is parking for about 35-40 cars in the yard. There is a fitness room equipped with exercise machines on the first floor above the pool area with direct access. The plot is surrounded by a new fence. The hotel has a three-story elevator.
